i. The Civil
Engineering and Development Department HKSAR has appointed MateriaLab
Consultants Limited (MCL) to undertake the Environmental Team services for the
Project and implement the EM&A works.
ii. This is the
seventeenth Quarterly EM&A Report presents the environmental monitoring and
audit works for the period between 1 March 2020 and 31 May 2020. As informed by
the Contractor, major activities in the reporting period included:
